To be effective, TBM requires a well-trained Birkman Certified Professional (BCP) to deliver it. Whether you are an internal resource or an independent consultant, your path to using Birkman begins with qualification as a BCP.
What is involved in Birkman Certification?
The path to becoming a BCP with Elaura is fast and efficient and includes:
A deep dive into your own Birkman results (including a Birkman Questionnaire and Signature Report if you haven’t yet completed one)
An online Prep Course to ground you in the theory and framework of TBM
Face-to-face (3 days) or Virtual (10 x 2.5 hours over 5 days) practical training to fully equip you to handle TBM data with clients
Two free practice profiles to use with individuals of your choice, to build you confidence post training
A re-connect session to share how you and your class of new BCPs have got on since the practical training
Setup of your own personal or organisational Birkman sub-account (or connection to an existing account), allowing you to issue Questionnaires and run reports
A Certificate from Birkman International confirming your globally recognised status
