We run several public certification programmes each year, open to anyone interested in becoming a Birkman Certified Professional (BCP). Participants on these programmes generally include a mix of independent coaches and consultants, and individuals working in-house in large organisations. We work globally (outside the US) meaning our cohorts cover a range of contexts, cultures and experience — leading to a rich and varied learning environment.
